| Meet Chef Joy
Food has always been my passion. From the time I was twelve years old, I was planning, shopping, and cooking the weekly menu for my family. I went through school reading cookbooks as if they were novels and entered cooking contests to earn scholarships. I worked in many restaurants over the years and eventually met my husband while working in a restaurant.
After having children, I changed careers from the fast paced restaurant business to customer service management. But, after a long workweek, I found that my stress reliever was cooking and baking. I realized then that choosing to become a personal chef was a natural career move for me.
