Personal chef services are perfect for busy families or professionals with little time for meal preparation.  It is also for someone who does not have the desire to go grocery shopping or cook, yet wants to provide a home cooked meal for their family.  A personal chef service is a great alternative to fast food, take out, or dining out because the meals are healthier and higher quality. 

This weekly service includes:

• consultation with client – usually a one-time consultation to plan a customized menu based on dietary needs, food preferences, and eating style. 
• custom menu planned and approved by client.
• personal grocery shopping for menu
• meal preparation in client’s home on specified day
• meals packaged and labeled for storage in refrigerator or freezer
• reheating instructions for each meal
• clean up and sanitation of kitchen

This service would include five main courses for four people each with side dishes, soup, or salad to accompany.  A dessert and fresh bread will also be prepared to enjoy throughout the week of service.

Desserts or breakfast items can be added to the weekly service for an additional charge.

Additional charge for meal preparation in a commercial kitchen in lieu of client’s home.

In addition to the weekly personal chef service, clients may use the service to deliver meals to friends or relatives who need some extra pampering.  Whether they are newlyweds, new parents, moving into a new home or have experienced a recent illness, Joy’s Personal Chef can prepare and deliver meals right to their doorstep.
